Is there really 0% commission on prints?+
Yes. Customer payments go to the shop's own UPI, gateway or cash box. The platform only earns the plan fee you see above.
What happens when a plan expires?+
The shop keeps its job history, prices and QR code, but new jobs pause until the plan is renewed. Nothing is deleted.
Can I change plans later?+
Yes — from the shop's Plan & billing page. Upgrades apply immediately and are recorded in the subscription history.
Do offices need a paid plan?+
Offices usually take Lifetime because there is no recurring revenue from prints. Any plan works technically; the limits are printers and staff seats.
Is there a free trial?+
Every new workspace starts on a trial with the full customer portal. You can place real test jobs before paying.
What payment methods do you accept for plans?+
UPI transfer or an online gateway, both configured in the admin panel. Enterprise invoices can be arranged by contacting support.
