How it works

Scan. Upload. Pay. Print.

Under a minute for the customer. Zero file handling for the counter. Everything the shop needs arrives with the job.

01

Scan the QR

The code on the counter opens the shop's portal in the phone browser. No install, no sign-up, no login.

02

Add the files

PDF, JPG, PNG or WEBP — up to ten files per order. Confirm the total page count if the PDF can't be read.

03

Choose and see the price

Paper size, black & white or colour, copies and duplex. The total recalculates as each option changes.

04

Send it to the shop

The job appears in the shop queue instantly with a short code like QP-7K2M4.

05

Collect the print

Cash at the counter, UPI or online. The status page auto-refreshes until the job is marked printed.

06

The file is deleted

The moment the shop completes the job, the file is removed from storage and cannot be reprinted.

Shop mode

The counter after the upgrade

The same computer, the same printer. What changes is that nobody stands at the counter waiting while a stranger hunts for a file in WhatsApp.

1

Watch the queue

Queued jobs show file name, pages, copies, colour, paper, duplex and amount.

2

Print from the same PC

The print agent (or the dashboard, today) sends the file to your existing printer.

3

Mark paid and complete

One button records the counter payment and marks the job printed.

4

Get your reports

Daily revenue, last-7-day volume and a full payment ledger.

Office mode

Control without the print-room queue

Offices do not want cash and walk-ins. They want approvals, cost centres and a record of who printed what.

1

Employee scans the office QR

Floor-wise or department-wise codes all point at the same tenant queue.

2

Uploads with a cost centre

The note field carries the department so the print room knows who to bill.

3

Staff approves the job

Approval mode holds every upload until a staff member reviews the pages and options.

4

Print and record

The job is printed against the office account, no counter payment needed.

Under the hood

Your printer stays local.

QRPrint manages the queue, not your hardware. The shop runs a small print agent on the counter PC that pulls released jobs and sends them to the printer already installed in Windows. Until the agent is running, the dashboard can print manually.

No new printer required

Try the whole loop yourself.

Place a job on the demo shop, then log in as the owner and print it. The file disappears from storage at that moment.
