1. Software, not a printing service
QRPrint provides workflow software. It does not own or operate printers, does not supply paper or toner, and does not employ the staff who produce a print. Every printed page is produced by the tenant.
2. No guarantee of print quality
Print quality, colour accuracy, paper availability and turnaround time depend entirely on the tenant's equipment and process. The platform records the options requested; it cannot verify the physical output.
3. Customer responsibility
The customer is responsible for the file they upload, for having the right to reproduce it, and for checking the options before paying. The platform does not review or moderate document contents before they reach a tenant.
4. Tenant responsibility
Tenants are responsible for their prices, taxes, invoices, refunds, staff conduct, data on their own computers and compliance with local law. Tenant-set prices shown in the customer portal are the tenant's own offer.
5. Availability
The platform depends on internet connectivity, hosting and storage providers. Queues can be delayed by outages. Nothing in this service is intended for time-critical or life-critical printing, and it should not be relied on for medical, legal or safety-critical deadlines.
6. Third-party names
Printer brands and payment providers mentioned in the product are the property of their respective owners and are used only to describe compatibility. No endorsement or partnership is implied.
7. Demo data
Demo tenants, jobs and credentials included with the product are fictional. Do not upload real personal or confidential documents to a demo workspace that is publicly reachable.
