Does the customer need to install an app?+
No. They scan the shop's QR code and the upload page opens in the phone browser. Works on any modern Android or iPhone.
Does the shop need a Wi-Fi printer or special hardware?+
No. The shop prints from the same computer and normal printer it already has. QRPrint manages the queue; the printer stays local.
Who receives the money the customer pays?+
The shop does. Online payments go to the shop's own UPI or Razorpay account, cash is taken at the counter. QRPrint takes 0% of print revenue.
What happens to the customer's file?+
It is stored only until the job is printed. Marking a job printed deletes the file immediately, and a nightly sweep removes anything left over.
Can I run it as an office instead of a print shop?+
Yes. Office tenants turn on approval mode, so a staff member approves each upload before it prints. Jobs can be billed to a department instead of paid at the counter.
Can I charge a monthly fee to each shop?+
That is exactly how the admin panel works. Define plans, assign them to tenants, record payments and renewals — with lifetime or yearly options.
