Terms of service
The rules for using QRPrint as a shop, an office or a customer uploading a file for printing.
Last updated 1 October 2026
1. What QRPrint is
QRPrint is software that lets a print shop, cyber café or office (the "tenant") receive print jobs from customers who scan a QR code. The platform provides the customer portal, the job queue, pricing tools and the tenant dashboards.
QRPrint is not a print shop. The tenant owns the printer, the paper and the premises, sets the prices, collects the money and produces the print. Any dispute about a printed job is between the customer and the tenant.
2. Accounts and eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a contract to create a tenant account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you enter and for keeping your login credentials confidential.
Staff logins created by a tenant act on behalf of that tenant. The owner is responsible for what staff accounts do and for removing access when someone leaves.
3. Plans and payment
Tenants pay for a plan as displayed on the pricing page at the time of purchase. Plan limits (printers, staff seats) apply to the workspace. Customer print payments are collected directly by the tenant and are not platform revenue.
- Yearly plans run for the stated duration from activation and do not auto-renew unless stated at checkout.
- Lifetime plans are a one-time payment for the life of the product, not a guarantee of any specific future feature.
- Platform plan fees may be paid by UPI transfer or an enabled online gateway and are recorded in the tenant's billing history.
- A suspended or expired plan pauses new jobs. Existing job history, prices and the QR code are retained.
4. Customer uploads
A customer uploading a file confirms they have the right to print it. Uploading unlawful, infringing, obscene or harmful material is prohibited, and the tenant may refuse any job.
Files are stored only long enough to produce the job. On completion the tenant is expected to mark the job printed, which deletes the stored files from the platform. Files may also be removed on cancellation or after the retention period set by the platform.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service. In particular you must not:
- attempt to access another tenant's jobs, files or account;
- probe, scan or overload the platform or its storage;
- upload malware or material that infringes someone else's rights;
- resell or white-label the platform without a written agreement;
- use the service to print currency, identity documents or other material whose reproduction is illegal.
6. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the platform available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, upstream provider outages and network failures at the shop can interrupt the queue.
Features may change as the product develops. Materially reducing a paid plan's core limits during its term will be handled by offering a reasonable alternative or a pro-rata refund.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the platform is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, or for a failed, delayed or misprinted job. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the plan fee paid by the tenant in the previous twelve months.
The tenant is responsible for its printers, consumables, pricing, taxes and customer refunds.
8. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, presents a security risk, or has an unpaid plan after reasonable notice.
On termination, job and payment records may be retained where required for tax, accounting or legal reasons, and deleted otherwise.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India and the courts at Guwahati, Assam have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights.
